FAQ

I’m ready to book, how does this work? Give us a call (850.263.2738) and we will schedule an in-person consultation. We do request that you pay a $50 refundable retainer for your session. If after meeting with us you decide our studio is not right for you your $50 will be refunded. If you decide to book your session with us your $50 is applied toward your session fee. After your consultation comes your Session followed about a week later by your Sales Meeting.

What happens at the consultation? Good question…during your consultation we will spend about 30 minutes talking through all of the details of what session would be best for you, what to wear, dates/times for your session and finalize all of the details.

When do I pay for my session and whats included? Payment must be made for your session fee at your consultation. Your session fee covers time and talent the day of the session. It takes into account all of the preparation that goes into your session as well as the 1-2 hours of post processing of your images after your session is complete. Your session fee is non-refundable but you are granted a (1) one time reschedule due to circumstances beyond your control. ie: sickness, emergencies etc

I notice there are minimum investments on some of the sessions? Yes. For our most popular sessions we have 3-8 hours invested in the many aspects of the session. At the minimum you, the client, will have 2-5 hours invested in your time as well. We would hate for you to invest all of that time and energy and only order a couple of 8x10 prints. What about the session? Am I gonna have to be a model? Leave it all up to us. You do not have to be a model nor do you even have to worry about posing. We will show you what to do, help you pose and then modify the pose from there to make it look perfect. We’ve got you!

What if it rains on the day of my session? Generally we keep a close check on the weather. If we think it is going to rain we will contact you 12-24 hours in advance. We usually do not like to reschedule more than 24 hours in advance because…Florida…

After my session how long do I have to wait to see my images? We can usually have your images ready to go in about a week. The day of your session we will go ahead and schedule your Sales Meeting so you and your family can come asap.

What happens at the sales meeting? During your sales meeting we will help you sort though all of your images and chose the best to order from. We will walk you through the entire process from start to finish. We schedule 1-2 hours for a sales meeting. Doing this ensures you and your family are not rushed and can take your time to build your order just the way you want it.

When do I pay for my order? We require at least 50% down to start processing your order. The other 50% must be paid before the order is picked up. Orders left at the studio over 6 months will be discarded. If you would like to order the same photographs after the order has been discarded the process of paying for your photographs will start over and you will be required to pay for 100% of your order before it can be processed.

Can you provide me with images for my yearbook? Yep! Just tell us which images you need during your Sales Meeting and provide us with your yearbook sponsor’s email address. We will take care of it from there.

Do you offer frames for my wall portraits? Sure do! During your sales meeting we will go ahead and talk to you about framing your wall portraits. If you would like to wait until your prints arrive to order frames we will set you up with a Framing Appointment when your prints are here.
